Earlier this month I mentioned on Twitter that I’d found some amazing feel-good, better living Youtube channels recently and the general consensus was to share, share, and share some more. So today I’ve brought together seven channels that make me click to watch as soon as they land in my subscription inbox, in a bid to hopefully inspire you to discover someone new.
7 Feel-Good YouTube Channels To Bookmark
I’m a total fangirl when it comes to Sarah’s Day. I initially found her channel when I had a negative smear result and wanted to hear about other people’s experience of having pre-cancerous cells removed. The video was about her cell results and her decision to cure herself naturally with diet and lifestyle changes (which she did by the way!). Since then her channel has captured her fitness journey, her relationship journey, and now her journey into motherhood with baby Fox. Sarah’s chilled, funny personality is infectious, and I love seeing her holistic way of life thousands of miles away in Australia. Erin May Henry
Erin May Henry is a personal branding coach who I adore. Her no-bullshit way of delivering advice is exactly what I need as a business owner. Again, she’s Australian (I’m having a love affair with all things down under right now), and she not only runs a Youtube channel but a podcast, a blog, e-courses and group coaching over on The Game Changer Company. If you’re looking for tips and advice on growing your personal brand, becoming more visible to your audience in the online world and reaching your business goals, this is a channel to bookmark. Sam Ozkural first popped up on my Youtube a couple of years ago when I spotted a video she’d made about the Law of Attraction. But it wasn’t until late last year that I started to follow her journey of health, wellness and manifesting that I became a fan. A New Yorker in LA, I love hearing stories about how Sam has manifested her dream house, and the changes she’s making to her diet to have a healthier inside, especially her story of healing her digestive problems. She’s the girl who got me drinking apple cider vinegar with water as soon as I wake up, as well as adding collagen peptides to my morning peppermint tea – both of which are designed to heal your gut. Here we are again with my love for Australian content creators. MuchelleB came up as a suggestion the day I followed Erin, above. To be honest, it was her minimalist, muted aesthetics that drew me as I admittedly judged a book by its cover. In this case, I was right to. Muchelle’s channel is full to the brim with videos on decluttering, productivity, self-discovery and motivation. She leads a lifestyle that Marie Kondo would be proud of and I also find her super relatable as she shares both the struggles and the triumphs of being a content creator. Girl Chases Dreams
Founded by content creator and digital manager, Natasha Solae, Girl Chases Dreams is a hub of career advice for people looking to…you guessed it, chase their dreams. The channel follows our pink haired, blue-eyed entrepreneur, as she moves across the state to LA, apartment hunting, manifesting opportunities and so much more. You get the vibe that Natasha would be the perfect friend to have in business, with her drive and motivation to succeed. Favourite Video: How to Quit your 9-5 and Live your Best Life in 2019
Swedish beauty Annie Jaffrey channel focuses on beauty, wellness, and lifestyle, and is one of my favourite things to watch on a Sunday afternoon. If a YouTube channel could be described as light and airy, then this is it. Delving into natural skincare, morning and evening routines, travels, plant-based diets and so much more, Annie documents her life in vlog format as well as sit down videos – a combination I love as a viewer. This channel is definitely one to bookmark if you’re on the hunt for easy watching. Favourite Video: Three Tips for Success
My favourite thing to do on a Sunday evening recently is to sit on the sofa, make plans in a new notebook and watch videos from creators like Ashley Ducey. I stumbled across Ashley’s page when I was in search of Law of Attraction inspiration and her channel covers everything from self-discovery to manifestation and gratitude. Although I’m still making my way through her videos as she’s a fairly new name to the list (and truthfully, some of the videos are little cheesy for my liking), it was her playlist of videos on raising your vibrations that got me hooked: Favourite Video: Looking for a Sign?
