EASY SLIMMING WORLD ONE PAN BREAKFAST RECIPE

A tasty meal with hardly any washing up? That’s definitely my kind of meal. I wanted to share this one pan breakfast recipe with you today – one because it’s delicious, two, because it’s easy to make, and three, if you’re following Slimming World then it’s absolutely free.

Ingredients

2 Low Fat Sausages (Or Slimming World sausages)
Bacon
Baked Beans (a third of a 400g tin)
Tinned Tomatoes (a third of a 400g tin)
Eggs
Chilli Flakes
Smoked Paprika

This is super easy to make.

All you need to do is pop the sausages in the pan and bake in the over for 15 minutes.

Add the chopped bacon and cook for another 10 minutes.

Take the pan (this copper pan is a House of Fraser find – who knew pots and pans could be so stylish), add a third of the tomatoes and a third of the beans, stir and add a sprinkle of chilli and smoked paprika and stir again.

Crack an egg or two into the mixture and add back to the over for another 15 minutes.
