THE LUDLOW HOTEL INTERIOR & HOW TO GET THE LOOK YOURSELF

The Ludlow Hotel Balcony

When I came across The Ludlow Hotel on Twitter, mentioned by the ever-beautiful Lydia Millen, I knew just from the website that this was my sort of place. Located in the Lower East side of New York – a place I frequented a fair bit when I was last over the pond – the Ludlow has everything you could want from a quintessential Manhattan hotel.

WHY YOU NEED TO CHECK OUT THE LUDLOW HOTEL

Housed in this red brick building is an eclectic mix of decor, from the reception through to the impressive penthouse suites. Blending a mix of sheepskin throws with Moroccan lighting, industrial exposed brickwork and handcrafted one-off pieces of furniture, the Ludlow Hotel combines a variety of tastes together under one roof, and successfully at that, I might add.

With 184 rooms, including a number of suites with balconies and roof terraces looking over the city, this is definitely worth checking out. Priced at around £170 a night, it’s pretty much in line with other hotels of this calibre in the Lower East Side – just imagine waking up to this view every morning. Plus, there’s a whole host of Instagram-worthy bars and restaurants in the surrounding area, so what’s not to love.
