SUMMER MORNING SMOOTHIE RECIPE

One of my favourite things to have for breakfast since getting my mint green Smeg blender is a smoothie. A great way to get your five a day of fruit and veg in one go, it’s such an easy way to fill up on the go. Especially if you skip breakfast normally – guilty on that count.

Today’s post is in collaboration with Wayfair, who kindly sent me this gorgeous five-piece preserving glass jars set last month. These jars are perfect for smoothies, and I’ll often grab one up to have on my way to work. My favourite recipe at the moment is the paleo-friendly peach melba blend of deliciousness, which is hydrating, energising and gives enough of a natural sugar hit that I don’t crave caffeine in the morning.

Peach Melba Smoothie

Grab:

1 Peach
75 g Raspberries, frozen
240 ml Coconut milk
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Vanilla extract
240 ml Orange juice
1 tbsp maple syrup

Blend together, pour into your glass and voila, an easy Summer morning breakfast on the go.
