Spring is, without doubt, my favourite season of the year. It’s warm enough to wear pretty dresses and pastels, but I can still cover up with lightweight jackets and bottoms if I’m feeling less than confident about my bat wings.
I’ve got a few pieces I’ve added to my spring wardrobe wish list this season, including a khaki coat, a white Victorian-inspired dress (see below) and the Misty dress from the Alexa Chung Archive collection for M&S – I just love the colour and cut of this dress so much. I’d also love to update my accessory collection with a bag similar to the Chloe Drew, because let’s face it, without some serious saving, a girls never going to be able to afford the real deal. I’m more knock-off than luxury.
If you’re looking for a little wardrobe inspiration then look no further as I bring together thirty of my favourite simple spring outfit ideas, from the classic skinny and white tee, to off-the-shoulder gorgeousness. And because I’m such a kind human bean, if you scroll right to the bottom, you’ll see I’ve even searched high and low for some of the best spring dresses, tops, jeans, jackets and accessories on the high street for you to buy now.
Do any of these numbers whet your appetite? I love the simple styling of jeans and leather jacket, but then again, an oversize jumper and mini works just as well. As you can see there’s a real mix of Scandinavian styling and boho-glam going on, which basically sums up my wardrobe to a tee. Take a look below and see if anything catches your eye – I’d love to know what you think to my spring outfit inspiration.
